An amazing experience at Proposals! After visiting over 30 bridal stores my last stop was Proposals. I was impressed before I even entered the store. The decor is stunning, definitely the most beautiful bridal store in the Midlands. Karen is wonderful! Extremely talented and helpful. Beautiful choice of dresses and accessories. She did an amazing job on my alterations and my flower girl dresses were out of this world! She treated my like a friend and even though she is dealing with loads of brides everyday she would always remember my name when I called. Two days before I was due to fly (I got married in Jamaica), I weighed myself and found I'd lost half a stone without realising. My dress was too big and I called Karen up crying. She was so kind to me. She fitted me in straight away and altered the dress within an hour. I am so thankful to her because I was in absolute despair! Thankyou Karen for all your advice and expertise!! I am so grateful I chose Proposals. I will definitely be recommending you to my family and friends!!
