"I had an appointment at The Prom Parlour today for my daughters prom dress, and they were amazing. My daughter is autistic, has sensory issues and can’t cope with sensory overload. They fully accommodated Ava’s needs and found her the perfect prom dress and shoes. They were patient, calm, and very understanding of her issues . They patiently worked with her to find not only the most beautiful dress but just as importantly the dress she felt completely comfortable with. Thankyou Ladies you were brilliant. "Today I chose my wedding dress. I went to a few bridal shops and online stores. Proposals Bridal Studio were by far the best. Right from booking the appointment they couldn't have been more kind, helpful and interested. I was made to feel so comfortable and welcome even though I didn't have a big budget! I was offered refreshments and even cuddles when needed and when we left! I knew that this would be the place I would finally find the right dress for me. There were lots of dresses in many styles and sizes. The ladies couldn't have done more to make me feel at ease and like I wasn't wasting their time (And I wasn't an easy customer and was in there a while!) I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Proposal's Bridal Studio for your time, help and effort. I feel so happy now I have my dress with the 'wow' factor I was after x "

"I was looking for a formal evening gown at short notice and, on the spur of the moment, popped into Proposals one lunchtime when I was passing - I'm so glad I did! They had just the dress I was looking for although it required alterations and these were made promptly and beautifully - you'd never know it's been altered by looking at it! Nothing was too much trouble and they were incredibly helpful. Next time I need a dress, I'll definitely be going back and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for either a wedding dress or evening gown. Thank you so much!! "

"I went into proposals with a image of the wedding dress I thought I wanted, after trying on many I the style of these dresses which the staff were so patient with, I found the perfect dress which turned out to be the complete opposite to what I had originally imagined. It was the Cinderella Bridal Gown, I loved the dress however I wanted sleeves and the back I my dress to have material in the see through area, the staff were very helpful, helped me to design what I wanted, gave me ideas but most off they made it possible and without any problems they created the beautiful dress I choose to a beautiful elegant, an very detailed dress, it was more than I had imagined. I was not the easiest I customers, and wanted the dress to suit my wedding theme which was English/Irish/Indian, and with the help of the staff here they created this. I can not thank you all enough, you helped to make sure I wore the perfect dress for me, I really did feel like a beautiful bride, especially when you only had 3 weeks to do my dress. "I took my daughter to see Rita when we were shopping for prom dresses. My daughter initially wanted an Indian outfit for prom but we thought we would look at some prom dresses as well. My daughter is of a really petite build and is a size 2! Rita luckily had a few designs in this size and my daughter ended up falling in love with a beautiful prom dress. Claudia helped my daughter that day and both her and Rita were amazing and so welcoming. They put us at ease and made the whole experience so comfortable and relaxing. I have recommended this shop to friends who are due to get married and also to others for prom dresses. I can’t wait to see the shop once all the work has been done!
